Added: 6 months ago
Join Gary C and I for a short-break at Chessington World of Adventures. Today we check out of the Azteca Hotel and venture into the park for a morning of rides, animals and fun! We conclude our little staycation with a light lunch at the Monkey Puzzle.
DISCLAIMER: In accordance with guidelines in England at the time of filming (where Gary and I both reside), we are now part of the same household. Single adults who live by themselves (me/Adam) can join another household to create what is called a 'support bubble.' Members of a support bubble/the same household, do not have to social distance.
Both of our living situations and comfort levels have made this vlog series possible. Of course, not everyone will have the same considerations as us and guidelines are changing regularly and by region. With this in mind, please note information and opinions shared in this vlog may change and that we are both exercising caution and doing what we personally feel safe and comfortable doing, in trialing bringing you new content. These are tricky times to navigate and I recommend only doing what you feel comfortable doing, based on your personal circumstances.

In today's vlog, Gary and I wrap up our stay at Chessington World of Adventures' Azteca Hotel. Leaving our Monkey Kingdom room, we wander down to the park for a morning of adventures.
We utilise the hotel's early rider time to enjoy The Vampire and the new Rainforest land, including the new Jungle Rangers attraction. After, we journey to the Wanyama Village & Reserve area of the zoo. Here we see Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope and Ankole Cattle. No goose unfortunately.
After skipping the hotel breakfast, we choose to get some donuts and coffee for Brunch before a little explore of the Chessington gift shop. We then head back into the 'Trail of the Kings' to see the Gorillas which we skipped the day before due to a line. We conclude our visit with a light lunch at the Monkey Puzzle Beafeater restaurant down the road from the park. We also recap the trip and how we felt overall.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst I look to find new ways of brining you fun content to make your Sunday evenings a little more magical. Whilst current guidelines and travel restrictions do not make a trip to Disney possible right now, I hope to return when I am able and comfortable doing so.
I'm Adam Hattan, a family-friendly certified who focuses on bringing you family friendly videos that are fun for the whole family to enjoy (parental guidance is always recommended for all videos). I film on a canon G7X Mark III (3) compact camera. Whilst this camera does have some focussing issues (normally depending on the lighting), I do like the quality, ease of use and how compact it is.
